All final exams are proctored via an online proctoring service. Students need to make an appointment with the proctoring service in order to reserve a day/time and proctor for their exam. These appointments should be made at least 48 hours in advance.
A small number of short notice appointments are available, via the on-demand feature, for those who absolutely cannot make an appointment more than 24 hours in advance. Please be aware that the availability of a proctor is not guaranteed and that failure to make a timely exam appointment is not grounds for an extension or a grade appeal.
A link is available within each course to allow scheduling with the proctoring center and exam access. Students scheduling their very first John F. Kennedy exam will need to register with the proctoring site and upload a photo of their government-issued ID.
On the day of the scheduled exam, at the appropriate time, click “Start Proctoring Process” within the course. Then click “Start Your Exam.” The proctor will guide you through the process from there.
